The brainchild of Lyal, Locky and Mark, Eleven Bridges Gin Bar and Distillery makes its home in the former Peel Street Tavern, nestled in the heart of this bustling riverside spot.
The trio share a love of great local gin, fine wine and craft beer, so naturally jumped at the chance to bring South Brisbane its very own distillery, bar and function room.
An ode to the river city, Eleven Bridges’ own gin will be inspired by the bridges that connect Brisbane and bring our family and friends together. The first small batch to hit Eleven Bridges will include the ‘William Jolly Summer Gin’, paying homage to its namesake bridge.
Their gins will be available to be enjoyed as an elevated G&T, as a signature cocktail or bottled for die-hard gin fans to take home.
